The apartment at Apartamentos El Chaparral was perfect for our family! The room had a cozy vibe and the TV with satellite channels kept the kids entertained. The private bathroom was clean and had a refreshing shower. The kitchenette was handy, equipped with a refrigerator and a stovetop. Plus, the free WIFI connection was a big hit!

Personally, I didn't really enjoy the hairdryer in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just my opinion!

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach at Playa del Ingles. There were also bus stations nearby for those looking to explore the area. The apartment had a great view of the poolside garden and the ocean, and it felt like a home away from home.

The cleaning service could have been better. The staff only tidied the apartment a little and didn't change the bed sheets or towels during our four-day stay.

we had absolutely no problem, check-in fast, cleaning service nice and polite, internet for 20E/week (although not extremely fast but OK), the apartment had just everything you needed, we were lucky to have the ground floor (1-3) apartment which I find a great advantage, no problems with beds (as described by some other reviewers), if you do not expect a 4* hotel it is just great accommodation, overall very good choice and value for money just perfect

it has thin walls and if you want to sleep and somebody is e.g. taking shower you can hear it easily, the pool is rather small

Enthusiastic welcome from Reception Manager. Helpful advice and loan of iron and hairdryer. Good cleaning service 3 times during the week. Once pool had been cleaned on day 3 we made good use of it and were the only people in it! Apartment was very spacious and well equipped, cool with enclosed balcony perfect for dining on. I cooked evening meals twice (paella and seared tuna) and we lunched at the apartment most days and found sufficient cooking utensils etc to serve our needs. Location was pefect, just steps from the beach, although on a busy road (bus route) it was very quiet at night and well away from the bustling centre. However handy shops were just down the road for water etc and not far from Mercandonas supermarket.

No change of bed linen during the week, which in hot months could be appreciated. Some noise from neighbouring apartments (TV) on one occasion lateish at night but otherwise very quiet. Pool was cordoned off for the first two days. Unsure where to get the key on arrival but were directed quickly by German guests to reception at Montemayor.

We had a fantastic stay at Apartamentos El Chaparral! The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and shops. The pool area was clean and inviting. The highlight of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great holiday. Despite the minor inconvenience of slow Wi-Fi, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it. an excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Kitchen was well equipped, hotel service every 2 days, quiet surroundings, close to the beach and last but not least very nice staff - good value for money!

The beds made a hell of a noise with the slightest movement

The view from the apartment was amazing, with beautiful flowers and a lovely swimming pool. The location was also great, close to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. One more advantage was the spaciousness of the apartment, with a large terrace overlooking the pool and a well-maintained garden.

There were some disappointing aspects of our stay. The cleaning of the apartment was quite superficial, as they only tidied up a little and didn't change the bed sheets or towels during our four-day stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from two shopping centers and right by the beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were great. I also appreciated the convenience of parking and the easy access to transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

my recent stay at Apartamentos El Chaparral was even better than before. The lovely staff made me feel welcome and accommodated my room request. The apartment was spacious with a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. The location was perfect for exploring the area and the small garden and swimming pool added to the cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend it to families, couples, and friends alike.

Good reception by the management. The location was close to perfect and we enjoyed the cosy interior. It was well furnished and cleaned regularly.

Squeeky bed, and thin-walled appartment, bring your ear plugs ;)
